At Shyamala Pet Café & Bakery, all meals and treats are prepared fresh to order, often several hours in advance. To ensure smooth operations and avoid food wastage, we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy for all pre-orders and reservations.

1. Advance Booking & Reservation

  • A ₹1000 advance is collected at the time of booking to confirm the order and reserve your slot.
  • The advance amount is adjusted against your final bill at the café.

2. Cancellation Timeline & Refunds

  • 🕒 Cancellation 3–4 hours before the scheduled time: 50% refund of the advance amount.
  • 🕐 Cancellation 2 hours or less before the scheduled time: No refund.
  • 🚫 Cancellation 1 hour or less / No-show: No refund.

Note: There is no full refund for café or bakery reservations.

3. Important Notes

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Since all items are prepared fresh, last-minute cancellations cannot be accommodated.
  • For special hampers, custom cakes, or bulk orders, refund terms may vary and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
