At Shyamala Pet Café & Bakery, all meals and treats are prepared fresh to order,
often several hours in advance. To ensure smooth operations and avoid food wastage,
we follow a strict cancellation and refund policy for all pre-orders and reservations.
1. Advance Booking & Reservation
A ₹1000 advance is collected at the time of booking to confirm the order and reserve your slot.
The advance amount is adjusted against your final bill at the café.
2. Cancellation Timeline & Refunds
🕒 Cancellation 3–4 hours before the scheduled time: 50% refund of the advance amount.
🕐 Cancellation 2 hours or less before the scheduled time: No refund.
🚫 Cancellation 1 hour or less / No-show: No refund.
Note: There is no full refund for café or bakery reservations.
3. Important Notes
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Since all items are prepared fresh, last-minute cancellations cannot be accommodated.
For special hampers, custom cakes, or bulk orders, refund terms may vary and will be
clearly communicated at the time of booking.
